Celebrity chef Curtis Stone has said he doesn't mind being known as "the Coles guy", and likewise, I didn't mind being known as "the Curtis guy" when my agency handled his photoshoots. Every image of Curtis had to be run by his exacting publicist before publication, so the agency made sure that every image came to me for retouching.
Curtis' photos were used in flagship Coles campaigns, and were consequently run across a wide array of placements. The images had to work just as well on billboards as they did on small space digital and social ads, and in some extreme cropping situations, as well.
